"For my daughter I pictured a whimsical, Lilly Pulitzer inspired “Palm Beach Princess” room. I had my heart set on a pink, shellacked, chip and dale headboard for her room. There is a high end designer who makes them in a delicious array of bright colors if you are willing to drop $1200 or so on a twin headboard!!! Regardless of my background in design my husband was NEVER going to go for that!!! So I found a vintage on Etsy and Bee’s Nest worked her magic!!!! The headboard was shipped from FL and not in the exact condition the post had presented it to be....however after sharing this information she went to work repairing and refinishing the headboard. The final product was everything I wanted and more!"

"I was looking for a big table for our new home here in Lakeway. It was advertised on Craigslist. I love finding my treasures that way. It is huge. 9 feet long and 4 feet wide. A family in Round Rock had sold their home and were moving to a smaller place. They told me it was purchased from a high end shop in Long Island, NY. The table top consists of long pine boards. The story is the wood came from an old barn in England. When they bought it had a whole different look. They described it as beautiful and rustic but they had stained it with a very dark stain. They told me they had always bought their homes with the table in mind. Lots of memories. I brought it home. I was so lucky to find a very talented lady named Bethany who lives in a Bees Nest who was able to give it a new life. A life like I had imagined it might have looked like in Long Island. We love our table. Looking forward to great memories."

"Back in 1999 we bought this dining room table that we absolutely loved! It was solid wood with big chunky legs. The chairs and base were a distressed cream color with the 1999 oak top. This dining room table was one of our first purchases when we moved into our very first house so we’ve always had a special place in our hearts for this piece. I saw Bee’s Nest had a similar piece that she had redone and I wanted my table to look just like that! Bee’s Nest did an amazing job on my table and I know I’m going to love it for more decades to come!"

"All I know is we love our bedroom now. We could have easily bought new furniture but love that we could keep something that we bought 16 yrs ago."

"Bee's Nest took a special vanity from the 30's, that was left to me by my dad, and completely revived it. I remember sitting at the vanity as a little girl and doing my hair and makeup and, now, I do the same as an adult on the absolutely beautiful heirloom that I'll treasure forever. Bee's Nest evaluated my piece, provided options based on what we discussed, and made my dreams come true! Turnaround was super-fast and pricing was extremely competitive. I recommend Bee's Nest to anyone looking for a beautiful revitalization of that special piece!"

"I find myself gazing at the beautiful pieces and remembering how my mom would clean the cabinet so carefully and tell us stories about the items within. When she and my dad traveled, they would always bring back something from that country and place each memento in her cabinet. She would tell me that one day the cabinet would be mine and I would have to continue the tradition. When my mom became ill and had to move in with me, I wanted to display her treasures but her beautiful cabinet needed some major work. I am so grateful that you were able to keep the integrity of her cabinet while adding a modern touch of color for me. It is the perfect combination of both of our personalities. I have to add that the side board was always my go-to hiding place when I was a kid. When my own children opened the side board and declared it a great hiding spot, I got all choked up. That makes three generations touched by these pieces of furniture. I can't wait to continue the tradition of adding to the china cabinet and telling stories of our family adventures and of course continuing the hide-and-seek traditions."
